STATUS: Full Time
Under the general technical and administrative supervision of the Director – Clinical Training (DCT), the Project Managershall perform the following job duties -
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting the progress of the project to all stakeholders;
- Tracking program budget on an ongoing basis and providing status report;
- Establishing project management system and providing technical support to partners for improvement in the management system;
- Monitoring and evaluation of the project to ensure timely achievement of targets, grants utilization and smooth implementation at field level;
- Formulating & supervising operational research and studies to improve management practices;
- Anticipating, identifying and communicating discrepancies in the priorities, plans and activities for resolution within and across the project;
- Facilitating clinical & non clinical training programs of partners for skill enhancement;
- Preparing reports defining project progress, problems and solutions;
- Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
- Coordinating with Finance and Operations team for preparation of financial reports;
- Providing accurate and timely updates to DCT or Senior Project Manager at the headquarter;
- Performing other duties as required in the interest of the programme
Job Requirements:
Qualification:
Minimum a Masters Degree in Social Sciences/ Health/ Project Management or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in the health or development sector in project management.
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge and understanding of project management;
- Proficiency in project management software;
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills;
- Willing to travel extensively within India’
- Energetic, resilient and passionate;
- Professional, mature and confident.
